stats & powers
Age: 17
Height: Average height for a Japanese 17 year old (guessing probably around 5'7"-5'8"?)
Weight: IDK skinny yet muscular
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Light blue
Appearance: Picture! It's. . . a bad one but he has long hair and looks incredibly feminine and weak. It's a thing with him. FEEL FREE TO THINK HE'S A GIRL, it's a common mistake in canon.
Character Name: Tokiya Mikagami
Unit: Cardinal
Description of powers: SO MANY ABILITIES (please read) but here are a few:
+ able to use water and turn it into a blade that can cut through "anything"
+ able to use his blood to turn it into a blade that can also cut through "anything"
+ can create a clone of himself using water
+ can create mist from his sword
Strength/Extent of powers: He obviously won't be able to cut through anything, for one. And the usage of water will be increased!
Innate: No.
Memory related: Yes.
Relation to memory: Well. He needs to remember his techniques to be able to use his sword.
Effect of the powercap: See extent of powers.
